The VN015 Ontos looks unlike a conventional tank. Its compact tracked hull carries clusters of long recoilless-rifle barrels, with the commander visible in the open top hatch. The reference photograph makes the contrast between the low hull and projecting weapons especially clear. This is a vehicle to display with room around it, not squeeze between two larger tanks.
The tracks run around the entire body of FW049, creating the unmistakable outline of a British Great War tank. The model carries C42 markings and a roof-mounted beam, giving collectors more to examine than the familiar rhomboid shape.
FW034 combines a riveted armoured body, a roof turret and a standing crew figure. The tall silhouette looks imposing, but the ordinary wheels underneath invite the more interesting question: where could this vehicle actually go?
An open passenger compartment, a military driver and a standing guard make FW013 a complete little scene. The empty rear seat is also an invitation to think about headquarters transport, rather than just another vehicle to park behind the infantry.
