From one collector to another
Why I’m building Operation ToyBox.
I’m Vladimir, the collector behind Operation ToyBox. I love the details that make a miniature worth a closer look: a figure’s pose, the equipment it carries, the history behind its uniform. Following those details is a big part of the enjoyment of this hobby—and something I want to share.
I’m building this catalog to bring that knowledge together: clear photographs to help identify a set, historical context that explains its subject, and practical notes for finding the right addition to a collection. It reaches beyond the sets I own. My hope is that it becomes a useful reference we can keep improving as fellow collectors share what they know.
