BBG128 The Combat Photographer depicts one man kneeling with a camera held to his eye. The product photograph presents him from six angles; it is a single-figure release, not a group of six. His camouflage clothing, covered helmet and camera give him a different silhouette from the armed infantry around him.
BBG050 Winter Traffic is a single German military policeman in a long coat, carrying a red-and-white traffic paddle. The metal gorget on his chest, cap and equipment distinguish him from an ordinary infantryman. His turned head makes him look engaged with a vehicle or column outside the photograph.
King & Country BBG035 depicts the 8.8cm Flak 41 deployed on its four outriggers, with a seated gunner and a late-war splinter camouflage finish. The barrel is fixed in the firing position. This is the gun and one crew figure, so the wider working crew seen around an artillery position would need to come from other releases.
BBG019 German Medics Set contains a wounded man on a stretcher, with a medic and another soldier carrying him. The bearer in camouflage bends into the work, while the medic’s white helmet and red-cross marking make his role visible. The casualty is raised enough for the viewer to see his upper body rather than only a covered shape.
BBG016 is King & Country’s King Tiger with the turret commonly described as the Henschel type. The tank carries a three-color camouflage finish and turret number 313; the archived release lists three crew figures. Its long 88mm gun, angular turret and broad hull make this one of the largest-looking subjects in the BBG selection.
The BBG009 Raupen Schlepper is a tracked supply vehicle with a small ammunition trailer behind it. King & Country included a driver, a pointing NCO and a removable canvas cover. Its tall cab and load bed give it a workmanlike outline, quite different from the armored vehicles usually associated with a winter German collection.
BBG002 Winter Patrol brings together four German infantrymen moving forward in white outer clothing. Their trousers, equipment and weapon positions vary, so the group has the uneven appearance of men walking together rather than marching in step. The archived release description identifies a mixture of Waffen-SS and Volksgrenadier subjects; it should not be treated as a documented patrol from one named unit.
BBA056 Keepin’ Warm gives two GIs a shared reason to stop. They stand beside a fire in a converted drum, rifles slung while they warm themselves. One has a cigarette; the other draws his hands toward his face. Their heavy coats and the small stove are enough to establish the cold.
BBA039 Stretcher Party is a four-figure group built around a casualty being carried away. Two GIs take the ends of the stretcher while a medic walks alongside. The blanket over the wounded man and the bearers’ long coats give the scene its winter setting without needing snow-covered scenery.
King & Country BBA021 Winter Bazooka Team shows the two jobs involved in serving the weapon. The gunner shoulders the launcher while the second man works at its rear. Both kneel, wearing winter clothing and helmets, which keeps the group low and draws attention to the long tube between them.
