King & Country · Battle of the Bulge · BBG002
BBG002 Winter Patrol brings together four German infantrymen moving forward in white outer clothing. Their trousers, equipment and weapon positions vary, so the group has the uneven appearance of men walking together rather than marching in step. The archived release description identifies a mixture of Waffen-SS and Volksgrenadier subjects; it should not be treated as a documented patrol from one named unit.
In the set: Four advancing German infantry figures in winter clothing.

Winter clothing in the Ardennes
Winter camouflage was worn over ordinary uniforms, and knitted head coverings could be used beneath helmets. The Imperial War Museums’ account of the Ardennes displays includes those garments alongside late-war infantry weapons. White smocks did not make every soldier’s equipment identical, which helps explain the varied appearance of a winter group.
The patrol is easiest to read with the men slightly staggered. Their different arm positions and visible equipment then remain distinct. The white clothing supplies a common color, while the darker trousers stop the four figures from becoming a single pale mass. The product photograph is useful for comparing those differences before choosing a setting.
Review
The attraction is the variety within a complete four-man group. Several walking poses give more flexibility than a set in which everyone is aiming in the same direction. I would use it for a road or woodland approach, leaving space between the bases. Its mixed release description is also a reason to be cautious about assigning the entire group a precise divisional identity purely from the catalog code.
