King & Country · Napoleonic · NA111
A mounted senior officer raises his sword in NA111. His feathered bicorne differentiates him from the helmeted cuirassiers, while the decorated uniform and energetic horse give the figure an unmistakable command presence. King & Country titles him a general without supplying a personal name.

Heavy cavalry depended on cohesion and timing when committed to an attack. A senior officer’s place near the movement could make his direction visible, but also exposed him to the same battlefield dangers as his men. The model dramatizes that forward leadership. It should not automatically be identified as a particular famous general merely because the uniform and period seem plausible.
Review
The bicorne is an effective visual distinction among the mass of cuirassier helmets. Horse and sword both contribute to the movement, making this an expressive leader figure. The unnamed identity leaves the emphasis on rank and action rather than a claimed portrait likeness.
