The Operation ToyBox catalog · WS381
The whitewashed turret carries the number 411, with two crew figures emerging from its openings. WS381 is the winter Tiger special edition identified as WS381(SL) in the manufacturer’s full naming.

The number and finish belong together
The pale winter treatment, darker wear and contrasting numeral make this a different presentation from the sand-and-green Kursk Tigers. Its identity should be checked through the whole model rather than the Tiger name alone.
The two light-clothed crew figures create another useful distinction. Both should be visible when comparing a complete example with the reference photograph.
The special-edition paperwork is part of the record
The manufacturer announced 500 examples and a numbered certificate in a dedicated presentation box. Those are original release details, not a forecast of resale value or a claim that every surviving model still has its paperwork.
A numbered certificate can help document the package, while the vehicle’s condition and contents still require their own photographs.
A winter subject needs more than white paint
The tracks, road wheels, turret fittings and crew interrupt the white surface. A side-quarter view keeps the numeral clear and shows how the darker parts define the tank beneath the winter finish.
The old sales narrative contains broad statements about the Tiger’s superiority and production history. The miniature does not establish those claims, and they are not needed to appreciate this particular release.
WS381 is the catalog’s winter No. 411 with its supplied crew and special-edition identity. Listings may retain or omit the SL suffix, so compare the winter finish, 411 marking and two crew figures before deciding that two descriptions represent different models.
Compare the tank, both crew figures and any included certificate separately when reviewing a listing.
Release record and collecting notes
Sager’s archived WS381 product record lists a release date of April 2023. These are catalog dates, rather than a statement about today’s secondhand availability. Compare the seller’s actual photographs with the reference image here, including any projecting equipment and the base; a familiar box title alone is not a condition report.
