The product narrative describes a veteran leading younger men. It also compares Normandy with fighting in the Soviet Union in sweeping terms; that comparison should not be treated as a reliable measure of danger for either campaign.
The miniature establishes the intended leader role through pose. It does not supply the personal record of an identifiable soldier.
The signal changes the composition
Nearby figures can appear to respond to the hand even without looking directly at him. The raised arm creates a higher focal point among men carrying rifles at waist or shoulder height.
The patterned jacket, plain trousers and covered helmet supply the visual combination shown in the saved image. The rifle is a useful identifying detail because a squad-leader title does not automatically mean a submachine gun is present.

WS365 belongs in the catalog as the raised-hand, rifle-carrying leader within the HJSS range. Show the full gesture, weapon and clothing together when comparing an example; the hand is the first feature that makes the set recognizable.

Sager’s archived WS365 product record lists a release date of October 2022. These are catalog dates, rather than a statement about today’s secondhand availability.
