The Operation ToyBox catalog · WS319
WS319 uses turret number 121 on the compact Renault FT, creating a separate numbered version alongside WS298’s No. 122. The German markings sit on a vehicle whose basic shape belongs to the previous world war.
The number is the catalog distinction
The manufacturer describes this as the alternative-number release and announced 150 examples. That is an original production statement, not a claim about the number currently available or the value of a particular example.
Keep 121 visible in a reference photograph. The small numeral change is easy to miss when the whole vehicle is shown at a distance.
A small tank with an important earlier design
The Musée de l’Armée places the Renault FT’s development in the First World War and emphasizes its cramped interior. The old design’s reappearance in German markings gives the miniature its two-period historical interest.
The model represents later captured service, so its wartime category follows that depicted use while the French origin remains searchable.
Look around the turret
The tall tracks and rear tail are as important to the FT’s silhouette as the small turret. A side-quarter view keeps those features visible together.
WS296’s turret-topped pillbox offers a related reuse subject, but it is a separate structure rather than part of this tank release.
WS319 earns its own catalog entry because the manufacturer issued No. 121 as a distinct version. The turret number, German markings and complete FT outline together establish which model is being collected.
Release record and collecting notes
Sager’s archived WS319 product record lists a release date of February 2015. These are catalog dates, rather than a statement about today’s secondhand availability. Compare the seller’s actual photographs with the reference image here, including any projecting equipment and the base; a familiar box title alone is not a condition report.
