A little open ground between the scout and following infantry helps explain why he is ahead. Use low terrain to suggest a route while keeping his silhouette visible. The scene can imply cautious movement without naming an unsupported unit, place or individual reconnaissance mission.
What to check before buying
Compare the pose and equipment with the BBG129 reference. Ask for clear views of the weapon, hands and base, particularly when buying a loose winter figure. A photograph of a scout leading a larger group does not make that entire group part of this release.
