Look at the clothing and equipment

The patterned upper garments, plain trousers and helmet coverings establish the shared visual style. Light-colored items on the chests stand out against the darker clothing.

The short sleeves visible on the standing figure add another point of contrast. A photograph that includes the full arms is more informative than one focused only on the two heads.

Different from a generic two-man pack

WS383 also combines figures at different heights, but its moving-and-covering relationship is not the same as the two poses here. WS390 should retain its own reference image and code.

These anonymous German infantry subjects fit the later WS grouping; the release does not establish an individual soldier’s biography or a named battlefield episode.

A shallow offset in a display keeps both rifles and faces visible. There is no need to hide the kneeling man immediately behind the standing figure.

WS390 contains the two riflemen shown, with their scenic bases. Check the standing aimed rifle, kneeling upright weapon and clothing details together when identifying an unboxed pair; the broad title alone could easily describe several different releases.

Sager’s archived WS390 product record lists a release date of September 2023. These are catalog dates, rather than a statement about today’s secondhand availability. Compare the seller’s actual photographs with the reference image here, including any projecting equipment and the base; a familiar box title alone is not a condition report.
