King & Country WS274 German Officer Being Shot: The Figure Recoils Out of Its Standing Pose

The sculpt and the narrative are different kinds of evidence

The original description attributes the shot to a Soviet female sniper. That is the manufacturer’s intended scenario; the figure itself does not identify the shooter or document a named historical encounter.

The release contains the German officer alone. No sniper is included, and the sculpt should not be assigned a personal biography or a confirmed outcome beyond the represented moment.

A casualty figure changes a display’s emphasis

Placed among men aiming or advancing, WS274 interrupts their controlled movement. It introduces injury into a group otherwise focused on carrying out an action.

The standing sniper WS273 is a neighboring catalog subject, but the product records do not make the two a single boxed scene. Any relationship between them comes from the collector’s arrangement.

WS274 earns its separate entry through the officer’s particular recoiling pose. Keep the lifted hand, backward head and bent leg visible together when identifying a loose example, since those features distinguish it from other wounded or falling figures.

Release record and collecting notes

Sager’s archived WS274 product record lists a release date of April 2014 and a retirement date of November 2020. These are catalog dates, rather than a statement about today’s secondhand availability. Compare the seller’s actual photographs with the reference image here, including any projecting equipment and the base; a familiar box title alone is not a condition report.
