The Operation ToyBox catalog · WS219

The armor around the turret is the detail that gives WS219 its broader upper outline. King & Country’s Panzer IV Ausf. H combines that skirt with the long 75mm gun and a three-color camouflage finish.

Look at the space around the turret

The surrounding plates sit beyond the central turret body, changing how the hatch and commander appear from different angles. The gun projects forward as a much narrower line above the hull.

Below, the repeated road wheels form a long visual rhythm along the track. The camouflage passes across those larger structures while smaller fittings and spare equipment interrupt the surfaces.

The H is a specific collecting subject

The release identifies the Ausf. H and places its production from 1943. That matters more than treating the model as an undifferentiated Panzer IV, a name used for several configurations across the war.

The manufacturer announced this as the first of several versions. The full WS219 code, camouflage and turret armor therefore remain useful when comparing similar listings.

The commander gives the upper structure scale

The supplied figure sits in the top hatch, drawing attention above the surrounding armor. A low view can partly hide him behind the skirt, while a slightly raised angle reveals more of the hatch arrangement.

The product record does not give this model an individual combat biography. Its historical identity comes from the represented tank version and the later-war finish.

A familiar vehicle with a distinct outline

WS219 earns its place by making the Panzer IV’s long-gun and turret-skirt combination visible. It offers a useful comparison with earlier, less enclosed turret arrangements elsewhere in the catalog.

When examining a secondhand example, compare the complete skirt, gun and commander with the reference. Those three features are central to the release’s appearance and can be difficult to assess from a single distant photograph.

Release record and collecting notes

Sager’s archived WS219 product record lists a release date of April 2013. These are catalog dates, rather than a statement about today’s secondhand availability. Compare the seller’s actual photographs with the reference image here, including any projecting equipment and the base; a familiar box title alone is not a condition report.
