The Operation ToyBox catalog · WS195
White camouflage covers much of WS195, but the Panhard’s angular turret and wheeled hull remain recognizable beneath it. King & Country presents a captured French armored car in German service, with one crew figure in the turret and another beside the vehicle.

Origin and operator are different parts of the history
The French design remains part of the subject even after the German markings and winter finish are applied. That makes the release a useful example of captured equipment within the WS catalog.
The two national connections should be kept distinct: the vehicle’s origin is French, while the model depicts its subsequent German use. The product record does not identify the chassis as a particular documented survivor.
The winter finish leaves the shape readable
The white coating is interrupted around edges, fittings and the lower vehicle. Dark tires and crosses provide strong contrasts against the pale surfaces.
The crew adds another layer of contrast, with darker clothing above the turret and beside the hull. The standing man also gives the viewer an immediate sense of the vehicle’s proportions.
Two crew figures matter to completeness
The release description specifies a two-man crew. A listing showing only the armored car and hatch figure may therefore leave out the separate standing companion.
Compare the full reference image with the seller’s photographs, particularly the turret figure, separate crewman and projecting gun. Those details help establish which parts of the original composition are present.
The edition is a release fact
King & Country’s announcement states that 200 examples were produced. That is an edition claim from the product record, not evidence of a current market value or a guarantee that a particular listing is scarce.
WS195 adds a winter reconnaissance subject with a layered identity: French manufacture, German service and a two-person crew composition. The pale finish makes those contrasts visible in a particularly compact vehicle.
Release record and collecting notes
Sager’s archived WS195 product record lists a release date of November 2010. These are catalog dates, rather than a statement about today’s secondhand availability. Compare the seller’s actual photographs with the reference image here, including any projecting equipment and the base; a familiar box title alone is not a condition report.
