The Operation ToyBox catalog · WS120
WS120 shows a machine-gun team on the move, with the long weapon carried over a shoulder and ammunition containers hanging beside the men. The gun is a load here, rather than the centre of a firing position.

A pair sold separately from the road group
The original announcement calls WS120 a companion to WS119. It supplies two figures, extending the three-man road group when the releases are displayed together.
That relationship is useful to record because combined photographs can make the five men appear to be one boxed release. The two codes identify separate sets.
The shoulder line tells the story
The long gun extends behind the carrier, making his silhouette wider than the body alone. His companion’s equipment supplies another pattern of smaller shapes at the waist and hands.
A side-quarter angle shows those loads more clearly than a straight frontal photograph. It also leaves room for the gun to remain visible instead of merging with another figure’s head.
The machine gun has a travelling life
The Naval History and Heritage Command’s MG34 collection entry offers a full-size reference for one of the German weapons represented across the range. The exact identification of a small sculpt should still be checked against the model rather than assumed from a generic team title.
For WS120, the clear subject is the men carrying their weapon and supplies between positions.
Why it adds something a firing team cannot
A moving pair connects areas of a display. It can approach a vehicle, leave a position or follow the road group without requiring an unseen opponent.
That change of activity broadens the collection’s infantry story. WS120 preserves the relationship between equipment and the people transporting it, while its two different loads provide visual interest in a compact footprint.
Release record and collecting notes
Sager’s archived WS120 product record lists a release date of July 2008 and a retirement date of May 2011. These are catalog dates, rather than a statement about today’s secondhand availability. Compare the seller’s actual photographs with the reference image here, including any projecting equipment and the base; a familiar box title alone is not a condition report.
