The Operation ToyBox catalog · DD312

The bazooka stretches across DD312’s shoulder and projects well beyond the kneeling body. Its simple tubular shape makes the figure immediately different from the riflemen in the same American infantry sequence.

The weapon dominates a compact pose

One knee rests on the base while the other leg bends forward. The hands gather under the launcher, and the helmet sits just below its upper line.

The contrast between the long tube and folded body is the sculpt’s main visual idea. Straps, pouches and clothing folds add smaller detail beneath a weapon that remains easy to recognize from across a shelf.

A separate subject from the airborne bazooka figure

DD251 offers a paratrooper carrying the same general type of weapon. DD312 belongs to the later conventional infantry group, with its own clothing, posture and complete code.

That distinction matters in a catalog containing several bazooka subjects. The weapon name alone does not identify the release or the kind of soldier represented.

The set is a single gunner

The product record and reference image show one figure. A separate loader or ammunition carrier should not be assumed to be included simply because the historical weapon was supported by other personnel.

The manufacturer supplies no named team or particular engagement. The model can remain an anonymous American infantry anti-tank subject without an invented claim about a successful shot.

Preserve the full length in photographs

Both ends of the launcher, the supporting hands and the entire base are useful when comparing examples. A cropped muzzle removes one of the most conspicuous identifying features.

DD312 adds a distinct equipment role and a long horizontal silhouette to the infantry catalog. Its compact kneeling body keeps the weapon prominent while maintaining a lower height beside the standing riflemen.

Release record and collecting notes

Sager’s archived DD312 product record lists a release date of December 2017 and a retirement date of October 2020. These are catalog dates, rather than a statement about today’s secondhand availability. Compare the seller’s actual photographs with the reference image here, including any projecting equipment and the base; a familiar box title alone is not a condition report.
