King & Country DD376 Liberation! Female Flagbearer: The Cross of Lorraine Above a Bouquet of Flowers

Flowers soften the great sweep of the flag

The bouquet adds a second, smaller gesture beside the large banner. The patterned green skirt and light blouse keep the civilian figure distinct beneath it.

The flag needs open space. A position near the edge or rear of a crowd lets it rise above the group without covering the faces of several neighboring figures.

A useful distinction for the catalog

Other liberation figures carry a plain French flag or an American flag. DD376 should retain its Cross of Lorraine identification so those different presentations remain searchable.

The June 2024 release depicts a welcoming civilian, with the flowers intended for arriving GIs in the manufacturer’s scene. It does not establish a particular town or photographed encounter.

Within the collection, this figure supplies both color and a historical symbol. The large flag can organize a whole street display, while the bouquet keeps the welcome rooted in an individual gesture.

Release record and collecting notes

Sager’s archived DD376 product record lists a release date of June 2024. These are catalog dates, rather than a statement about today’s secondhand availability. Compare the seller’s actual photographs with the reference image here, including any projecting equipment and the base; a familiar box title alone is not a condition report.
