King & Country WS017 Four Panzer Grenadiers Attacking: The Grenade Gesture Between the Rifles

Reading action without inventing an encounter

The poses suggest coordinated movement and firing, but the surviving product record does not specify a named battle for this group. A general field or street setting can serve the display without becoming a claimed historical identification.

The WS overview addresses the military and institutional context of the Waffen-SS subjects represented in the range.

Use the lower figure as a guide

Place the low pose where it remains visible, then leave enough space between the higher figures to distinguish their hands and weapons. The extended arms can easily overlap if the bases are crowded.

A restrained background gives the clothing and different silhouettes room to register.

Why this quartet belongs together

WS017 contributes a particular combination of actions to the infantry catalog. Keeping the four poses identified is especially useful when a collection is rearranged or bought without boxes.

Check the complete group in a seller’s photographs. A count of four and the word “attacking” are a starting point, but the reference image establishes which four figures this release actually represents.

Release record and collecting notes

Sager’s archived WS017 product record identifies this release but leaves its release and retirement dates blank. Compare the seller’s actual photographs with the reference image here, including any projecting equipment and the base; a familiar box title alone is not a condition report.
